- Introduction：The quantitative method of T-2 toxin fluorescence immunoassay POCT detection kit is based on the methodological principle of time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay (TRFIA) technology. It utilizes the high specificity of immune reactions and unique fluorescent microsphere substances as antibody tracer markers, and combines with high-sensitivity time-resolved fluorescence technology and POCT concept to establish a new non radioactive high-sensitivity, strong specificity, simple and fast operation ultra trace determination method. It completely overcomes the disadvantages of colloidal gold and ELISA methods such as poor repeatability and stability, complex chromatographic/mass spectrometry operations, and high costs.
【Scope of application】
This product is suitable for rapid quantitative detection of T-2 toxin concentration in grains (corn, rice, wheat, etc.) and their products, feed, and raw materials. The sample pretreatment is simple, and the entire detection process only takes about 16 minutes (pretreatment for 10 minutes+detection for 6 minutes). It is suitable for production and processing enterprises and circulation enterprises of various grain, oil, rice, flour, feed, and related foods, third-party testing institutions, and government regulatory departments at all levels.
